Formerly known as Three and Three Uncommon, the adaptive re-use of a car barn masonry structure is a signature project in the area's revitalization. Calder Richards engineered the seismic upgrade of the load-bearing masonry walls and a bow string truss roof to maintain the building's outstanding architectural features.
