Cottonwood Country Club
The original clubhouse, built in 1959, was substantially expanded and remodeled in 2012-2013. Phase 1 encompassed a new pool and cabana for food and beverage service. Phase 2 required the demolition of the existing clubhouse and a rebuild to house a new restaurant, bar, and outdoor dining.
