Artspace Macaroni Flats Adaptive Reuse

As the first completed development for Station Center at the Depot District, Marcaroni Flats is a mixed-used residential + commercial project. It features 13 residential affordable housing unit and 8 affordable commercial units for artists, non-profit groups and small businesses. Originally constructed in 1900, the building was home to Western Macaroni Manufacturing Company, and is on the National Historic Registry of Buildings.
