505 Wakara Way Office Building

This 60,000 sf office building at 505 Wakara Way offers a 30,000 sf parking structure with two levels of tenant office space above. The building features steel frame construction with a glass, masonry, and metal panel exterior. The project was awarded the AGC of Utah’s 2013 Office Building of the Year award.
