High Valley Transit Maintenance Center Campus

High Valley Transit (HVT) Maintenance Center Campus - a Calder Richards Structural Engineers project

High Valley Transit Maintenance Center Campus

The new $46 million High Valley Transit Maintenance Center Campus provides approximately 61,277 square feet of dedicated space to support transit operations in the Park City area. The facility includes administrative and operations offices, a four-bay maintenance shop with vehicle lifts and an automatic bus wash, enclosed parking for 24 full-size buses, covered parking for smaller transit vehicles, a fueling station, and an emergency generator.

Designed to support both transit operations and employee retention, the campus also features nine residential apartments above the administrative offices, providing affordable housing opportunities for bus drivers in Park City's challenging housing market. This innovative combination of operational infrastructure and employee housing helps High Valley Transit attract and retain essential transit personnel while supporting the region's growing transportation needs.
