Making the Old New Again

Woodbine’s Food Hall is part of the Granary District’s newest developments and includes independent vendors cooking up cuisines from around the world. Opening in July, the project also features a bar and rooftop patio located at 545 W and 700 S. Woodbine also is converting an existing adjacent warehouse into 35,000 square feet of offices.

Calder Richards, a local structural engineering firm specializing in the adaptive reuse of historic structures, worked closely with the Woodbine team that included GSBS Architects.

Kudos to Woodbine and their commitment to community. We’ll toast to that!
